About the event
Breathing is an essential element of meditation and other spiritual practices; it can also be therapeutic. Comfort’s Journey of Foxborough welcomes Jason A. Bradford working alongside Tanya Salabert; they will lead you on an active Breathwork session to help explore the power of your own breath. You will be guided through a practice of conscious, connected Breath to help process, release, let go and heal. This powerful tool can help you navigate through the shifts, challenges and changes in life.
Grief is a natural response to loss. Coping with the loss of someone or something is one of life’s biggest challenges. Often, the pain of loss can feel overwhelming. You may experience all kinds of difficult and unexpected emotions, from shock or anger to disbelief, guilt, and profound sadness. The pain of grief can also disrupt your physical health, making it difficult to sleep, eat, or even think straight.
Your breath is the healer that can help shift stuck emotions such as fear, grief, stress and anxiety that create overwhelm in the body. It cuts through layers of past experiences and old hurts to help release and reconnect you to freedom, to your joy, and to your true self.
This two hour workshop will include an opening circle, intention setting, guided meditation, Breathwork, and sound healing followed by a closing circle with sharing. No experience is necessary, just an open mind and an open heart.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal and anything you like to create a cozy space for yourself (i.e. yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow etc.).
